To get rid of the virus you have to follow some instruction. You have to choose the Run command and there you have to type gpedit.msc. Then you have to Navigate to Computer Configuration and from there choose the Administrative and form there you have to follow the Template and then go to System and form there go to the Turn off Auto Play, select all the drive and clock to the Apply. Solution 2
It may happen that you have plugged the pen drive in the ports but you are not shown the icon of the pen drive. Here the villain is the Windows. It fails to detect or locate the pen drive in the computer. You have to click the Run command then type diskmgmt.msc and then press the Enter. Do right click on the Change Drive Letter and paths. After doing this you will find a new window in front of you. Here you can add, change or delete the drives. Then you have to click on the change option and followed by the Ok in My Computer and you will get to have a new drive letter which will show the USB pen drive in the computer screen.

Solution 3

Solution 4
You may get the message shown to the computer as the device ‘Generic volume’ cannot be stopped right now .Try stopping the device again later”. To stop this problem you have to open all the programs and then stop the USB drive. It will be better if you choose the unlocker. Or you can shut down the computer and then remove the pen drive from its place.
